Terms of Service

Doodly is operated from the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe and is licensed and regulated under the laws of São Tomé and Príncipe. These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed exclusively by São Toméan law, and the courts of São Tomé and Príncipe have exclusive jurisdiction.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country, if higher).
• You must act on your own behalf and not for any third party.
• You must use funds that are lawfully yours and free of any criminal origin.
• One account per person, household, IP address and payment wallet.

Doodly does not offer services to any country or region subject to international sanctions. Residents, citizens and persons physically located in the following jurisdictions may not register, deposit, open boxes or claim prizes:

• Iran
• North Korea (DPRK)
• Syria
• Cuba
• Russian Federation
• Belarus
• Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions
• Myanmar
• Sudan and South Sudan
• Venezuela
• Afghanistan
• Iraq
• Libya

We screen traffic by IP address and display a notice to visitors from restricted regions. Using a VPN, proxy or false identity to bypass these restrictions is a material breach of these Terms: the account will be closed, deposits may be returned to source at our discretion, and all winnings will be void.

United States and United Kingdom: these countries are not sanctioned jurisdictions. However, because of local licensing requirements, visitors whose IP address resolves to the US or the UK are shown an informational notice and should confirm that participation is lawful where they are before using Doodly.

• Deposits are accepted in cryptocurrency only (USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, BNB and others shown at checkout).
• Balances are denominated in USDT and are not interest bearing.
• Crypto transfers are irreversible; always confirm the network and address before sending.
• Blockchain network fees are borne by the user.

Every box publishes the full item list with drop chances. Outcomes are produced by a provably fair algorithm using a server seed hash, a client seed and an incrementing nonce. High-value prizes are additionally gated by the prize pool rule: an item is only unlocked once the pool holds at least three times its declared market value.

• Physical prizes (vehicles, watches, phones, metals) are delivered in Dubai, UAE, within 21–35 days after identity verification.
• Crypto prizes are sent to a wallet address you provide.
• Winners may choose the cash-equivalent balance credit instead of a physical item.
• Import duties and local taxes at the destination are the winner's responsibility.

We may require identity and source-of-funds documentation before large withdrawals or physical prize shipments, in line with São Toméan anti-money-laundering requirements. We may suspend an account while verification is pending.

Affiliate commissions are paid on qualifying deposits and wagers of referred users at the rates shown in your affiliate dashboard. Self-referral, spam, incentivized traffic and traffic from restricted jurisdictions void all commissions.

Opening boxes is entertainment, not an investment. Never spend more than you can afford to lose. You may request a deposit limit, a cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion at any time via support.

We may suspend or terminate an account for fraud, collusion, exploitation of software bugs, chargeback abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of the restricted-jurisdiction rules, and may void the related balances and prizes.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by São Toméan law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
